7 chinese Painting PNG images with transparent background
Animals and landscape in Chinese ink-and-wash style: a leaping deer in rust brown, two goats in grey washes, a snow leopard dissolving into splashes, koi fish in red and orange, bamboo against a rock, a Tibetan woman in pink and black robes — and one crow that is a photograph, not a painting.

Animal paintings
The deer, the goats and the snow leopard use the xieyi "free brush" method: a few wet strokes, pale edges and plenty of empty paper. They suit zodiac cards (the goat for its year), nature exhibition posters and book covers. The leopard, painted mostly as grey mist, needs a light background to hold its shape.
Koi and bamboo
The shoal of red and black koi with one large golden fish is a symbol of abundance, common on New Year prints and restaurant walls. Bamboo against a weathered rock is a classic scholar's motif for tea houses and calligraphy events.
Figure and an outlier
The Tibetan woman with a studded headdress combines outline and flat colour, closer to folk illustration. The glossy black crow is a real photo tagged as a painting; mixing it with the ink works makes the photo look out of place, so use it separately.
Questions and answers
Is the transparency real or a painted checkerboard?
Real. We parse the PNG structure and keep only files with an alpha channel; anything with a painted-in background has been removed.
What sizes are available?
The largest files in this set reach 1 131 px. For print choose 2000 px and up in PNG; for the web 500–800 px in WebP.
Do I need to register to download?
Downloads are free and open. With very frequent requests the site asks to confirm you are not a robot — a normal visitor never sees it.
What is the licence?
Terms depend on the specific image. We neither sell files nor issue licences; for commercial work check the source named on the image page.
