Between branch, forest and landscape
The nature section keeps separate pages for branches, leaves, wood, palm trees and landscapes. This category takes pictures where the tree is the named subject, but in practice it overlaps with all of them: a blossoming branch here could equally sit under branches, a park scene under landscapes. If you need foliage only, the leaf pages give tighter results; if you need scenery, try landscapes first.
What makes a good tree file
A tree is one of the hardest shapes to cut out: every gap between leaves has to become transparent. In the preview, check that the sky does not show through the crown as white patches, and that the trunk is not clipped at the base. Ink paintings avoid the problem because the brush leaves clean paper around each twig.
Size and placement
Branches are long and narrow, so they fit along the top or side of a layout rather than in the centre. A small preview is enough for a card corner, but a wall print or a wide header needs the largest version available, since fine twigs blur quickly when scaled up.
