Round shapes that float: silvery soap bubbles with mirror glints, a pale card rising out of a column of fizz, and cartoon balloons for dialogue that share the name. It sits among the effects, next to splashes, drops and smoke.

Where it stands among the effects
Bubble is the lightest effect in the section. Splash and water drop are about liquid in motion, smoke about haze, glow and sparkle about light; here the subject is a thin, clear sphere with a rim of colour. If what you need is the balloon a character talks from, the lettering section has its own speech bubble category, sorted by outline, fill and tail.
How to tell a good bubble file
A soap bubble is almost empty inside, so the whole image lives in its transparency. Look for a cut-out where the middle stays see-through and only the highlight and the iridescent edge carry colour; a bubble pasted on white loses the effect the moment it lands on a photo. Check the rim on a dark background as well: a grey halo there means the file was cut from a light backdrop.
Picking size and format
Scattered small bubbles work as decoration even at modest sizes, because the eye reads them as a cloud. A single large sphere in the foreground needs a big file, or the highlight turns into a blur. The editor on each image page lets you drop a colour behind the picture, trim empty space and export to PNG, WebP, JPG or ICO.
