Leaves as part of a picture
There are few loose leaves here. Foliage mostly appears inside a larger scene: lotus pads under a flower, a plum branch, bamboo-like strokes, a parkland render with autumn trees. For an actual leaf icon look through the botanical topics instead.
Green and decorative
The floral motif is a repeatable ornament for fabric or an endpaper. The scalloped green frame and the woven scroll circle leave the middle empty for a title. The watercolour bands with a dragonfly make a quiet background for text.
Why the rest is here
A blackletter L, a Chi Rho monogram, an angel in one line and a crown were tagged "leaf" by the source, probably after the word "leaflet" or a leaf motif in the ornament. They are good graphics, but choose them for their own subject.
Questions and answers
Is the transparency real or a painted checkerboard?
All 15 images carry a real alpha channel. On the image page you can switch the backdrop to white or dark to see the edges.
What sizes are available?
Originals range from 663 to 8 400 pixels. On download you can shrink to 64–1024 px; enlarging beyond the original is not offered.
Do I need to register to download?
No registration. The only limit is a few dozen files per minute per address, so the catalogue cannot be bulk-scraped.
What is the licence?
Personal and educational projects — freely. For commercial use check the rights with the original source, especially for logos, characters and photos of people.
