Real pages as props
Many of these are photographed or scanned documents rather than icons. A menu or a nutrition panel dropped into a mock-up looks far more convincing than grey placeholder lines.
Blur what you don't need
Text in these images is readable. If you only want the impression of a document, soften it with a slight blur so viewers don't start reading someone else's menu.
File type icons
Icons with a format label on a folded ribbon mark downloads on resource pages. Keep one style per page so PDF, EPS and other formats sit side by side as a set.
Questions and answers
Are all document images really transparent?
Yes. Every file is checked for an alpha channel rather than a white or chequered backdrop. Images without real transparency do not enter the catalogue.
What sizes are available?
In document the sizes run from 600 to 2 550 px on the long side. Large ones are easiest to find with the “Largest” sort or the minimum-width filter.
How many files can I download?
No registration. The only limit is a few dozen files per minute per address, so the catalogue cannot be bulk-scraped.
What is the licence?
Personal and educational projects — freely. For commercial use check the rights with the original source, especially for logos, characters and photos of people.
