What the tag really means
The label names the program the source file was supposedly made in, not a subject. That is why a heron in reeds sits next to entrance doors. Browse it as a mixed box rather than a theme.
Flat artwork
The drawn pieces are the most consistent part: flat colour, clear outlines, no photo shading. The ducks, the rabbit and the grapes work for children's material and simple patterns; the brush strokes and the floral motif are building blocks for posters and packaging.
Photos in disguise
The court shoes, the treatment couch, the lamp, the bell and the salt and pepper pair are photographs, not illustrations. If you need a vector look, leave them out.
Questions and answers
Is the transparency real or a painted checkerboard?
All 26 images carry a real alpha channel. On the image page you can switch the backdrop to white or dark to see the edges.
Are there large files for print?
In adobe Illustrator the sizes run from 600 to 6 300 px on the long side. Large ones are easiest to find with the “Largest” sort or the minimum-width filter.
Do I need to register to download?
Downloads are free and open. With very frequent requests the site asks to confirm you are not a robot — a normal visitor never sees it.
Can I use adobe Illustrator images commercially?
Personal and educational projects — freely. For commercial use check the rights with the original source, especially for logos, characters and photos of people.
