Weapons and their traces
Besides the guns themselves, the set covers what they leave behind: cartridges lined up by calibre and cracked bullet-hole graphics. These effects are overlays, placed on top of a poster or a game screen rather than used as a subject.
Historical, modern, invented
A manual cover with a grenade launcher suits military history reviews; the taped improvised guns fit crime and survival stories; the tanks and the alien rifle are science fiction. Mixing eras in one layout confuses readers, so keep to one line.
Safety and platform rules
Firearm imagery is often restricted in ads and on children's sites. Ammunition charts and bullet-hole effects tend to be judged less strictly than an aimed weapon, which makes them a safer choice for a cover.
Questions and answers
Are all firearm images really transparent?
Real. We parse the PNG structure and keep only files with an alpha channel; anything with a painted-in background has been removed.
Are there large files for print?
Originals range from 700 to 1 760 pixels. On download you can shrink to 64–1024 px; enlarging beyond the original is not offered.
Do I need to register to download?
Downloads are free and open. With very frequent requests the site asks to confirm you are not a robot — a normal visitor never sees it.
What is the licence?
Personal and educational projects — freely. For commercial use check the rights with the original source, especially for logos, characters and photos of people.
