Animation — free PNG images to download
A theme that collects the look of cartoons rather than a subject: a buffalo playing bongo drums, a grinning snowman, a whirling tornado, a round yellow smiley, a sheep from a stop-motion film, a sand monster bursting out of an explosion and a stack of pancakes shaped by an artist.

Cartoon characters
The buffalo, the snowman and the sheep have big eyes, thick outlines and flat colour. They are ready for a children's party invitation, a sticker sheet or the corner of a school worksheet.
Motion and effects
The tornado and the explosion freeze a moment of movement, with speed lines and flying debris. Placed over a photo or a title, they add drama to a trailer thumbnail or a game banner.
Ink that looks animated
Several files are splashes of red and gold liquid and a Chinese-style peach painted in ink. They are not characters at all, but their drips and blots make good transitions and backgrounds for a title card.
Questions and answers
Are all animation images really transparent?
All 16 images carry a real alpha channel. On the image page you can switch the backdrop to white or dark to see the edges.
What sizes are available?
The largest files in this set reach 5 000 px. For print choose 2000 px and up in PNG; for the web 500–800 px in WebP.
How many files can I download?
No registration. The only limit is a few dozen files per minute per address, so the catalogue cannot be bulk-scraped.
What is the licence?
Terms depend on the specific image. We neither sell files nor issue licences; for commercial work check the source named on the image page.
