Style, not character
The Characters section has categories for particular heroes, mascots and creatures. Cartoon is about the manner of drawing: exaggerated shapes, big eyes, bold outlines and flat colour, whatever the subject. A cartoon clock or tornado belongs here just as much as a cartoon animal. For named franchises, check the dedicated categories next door instead.
Signs of a usable file
Cartoon art relies on clean outlines. At full size the black line should stay even, without grey fringing where the background was removed. Flat colour areas should be flat — visible JPEG blocks inside a fill mean the original was compressed before extraction.
Sizes that work
Simple characters shrink well to sticker or emoji size. Scenes with several figures, such as the conductor or the pancake artist, lose their jokes when small; give them room on a poster, a children's worksheet or a slide.
